Closed-house conditions must be established at least 12 hours prior to any radon test as defined here or the test may be delayed or prolonged.
We use continuous radon monitors to perform our radon tests. The results can be determined the same day the radon detector is retrieved.
Failure to follow closed-house conditions or any attempt to tamper with the test conditions is sufficient cause to invalidate any radon test. Radon surveys invalidated for these reasons delay the timely completion of the radon test and may result in additional fees and other delays.
