AllPro Radon Services Company performs certified home inspections in the York - Lancaster, PA and Bel Air - Baltimore, MD regions. MD Home Inspector License #30752, NACHI ID 08121591
AllPro Radon Services Co. conducts certified radon testing in accordance with Pennsylvania DEP and U.S. EPA accepted protocols using Continuous Radon Monitors. The monitors are typically deployed in the lowest livable space of the home for two to three days and the results can be determined when the radon detector is retrieved.
Closed house conditions should be established at least 12 hours prior to the radon test as defined here. Failure to follow closed-house conditions or attempts to tamper with the test conditions are cause to invalidate the test. Radon surveys invalidated for these reasons delay the timely completion of the radon test and may result in additional fees.
